Our current market cap is at approx. $150 million and we aim to become a full spectrum provider of marketing services. The business concept is to acquire small and medium sized marketing service providers, primarily in the digital space (content creation, PR, branding, web content, educational, social media, etc.) and support its subsidiaries with advisory and management services. Businesses must have profits of at least $350,000 (typically companies in the $2 million revenue or higher range) and up to $5 million in profit. Add backs such as CEO/Principals salaries/benefits/write-offs will be factored in. The business must have clean balance sheets with little to no debt. Business should want to aggressively grow and have CEO’s that are motivated to continue running 100% of the day-to-day operations. These targeted companies are being purchased for 4-6x EBIT in the form of 15-20% cash and 80% Purchaser shares.
