We are an investment partnership focused on acquiring and growing a high-potential, lower-middle market business.

We are continuing to look for the right business for us and are looking for a business with $2-7M in EBITDA (or a path to be within that range within 12 -18 months). Largely focused on the Southeastern US, we are fairly flexible on industries outside of retail and heavy manufacturing. An ideal situation for us is one in which an owner is seeking liquidity in an exit, and also a reduced role in the day-to-day operations of the business.
